The upper rim, lower rim and temples each take their own colour and a matte or polished finish, and an acetate inner rim is optional. - Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Require additional production time. For example, custom LINDBERG frames are ordered directly for you and take roughly 4–5 weeks to arrive before lens crafting begins.

All sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds on any brand — many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or very small production. At our discretion we may offer store credit on file, or a one-time exchange (fees may apply). What we can offer, and any fees, depend on the brand, on whether the item is custom or made-to-order, and on any lens customizations — prescription lenses, tints and coatings are made specifically for you, so they are custom and generally non-returnable. To be considered, contact us within 3 days of delivery for shipped orders, or 3 days of purchase in store; items must be unworn and in original condition with the original case and packaging. Store credit never expires; once a store credit has been used, that purchase is final.
