Every order ships the day it's ready to go. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Frames ordered with custom prescription lenses ship once your lenses are finished. Lab time ranges from same day for a simple single-vision prescription we already stock, to a few days or about two weeks for most work, to three or four weeks for a fully custom build — for example when a gradient, a mirror and an anti-reflective coating are stacked on one lens.
• Pre-orders and special orders take longer. For example, if we order a specific LINDBERG color combination for you, it typically takes 2–3 weeks just for the frames to reach us from LINDBERG — before any lens work begins. We'll keep you updated on timing.
• International orders: we ship worldwide but cannot guarantee delivery times — timing depends on each country's postal handling and customs. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
