What if I don't have a photo of my frames?
No problem — a photo just helps us preview the look. You can describe your frames instead, and our opticians will follow up if we need any more detail before fitting your lenses.
How do I get my frames to you?
Place your lens order first, then ship your frames in to us. We'll pair them with your new custom lenses and mail everything back to you ready to wear.
Will my frames be safe?
Our lab handles thousands of frames with care. If we find your frames aren't a good candidate for new lenses (for example, they're too brittle), we'll contact you before doing any work.
Can I pay for the new lenses with FSA or HSA funds?
