The Director is the frame that ends conversations. An oversized architectural square — flat top browbar, semi-rimless lower lens edge, matte black metal double bridge — this is a frame built for those who understand that presence is a design choice.

The construction detail that separates Director from every other square frame: a thin flat bar runs horizontally across the very top of the frame, connecting the lens housings above the lenses themselves. The lower rim is reduced to a minimal edge, leaving the bottom of the lenses almost exposed — a semi-rimless treatment that makes the frame appear to float. Matte black metal throughout. Dark gradient grey lenses. Wide fit for medium to wide faces. This is the most editorial frame in the Legacy Collection — and the most photographed.

  • Standard Orders: Ship as soon as ready and arrive within 3–7 business days (domestic).
  • Prescription Orders: Ship immediately upon completion of your custom lenses.
  • Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Require additional production time. For example, custom LINDBERG frames are ordered directly for you and take roughly 4–5 weeks to arrive before lens crafting begins.

All sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds — many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or very small production. Eligible items can be returned for store credit: within 3 days of delivery for shipped orders, or 3 days of purchase in store. Items must be unworn and in original condition with the original case and packaging. Store credit never expires; once a store credit has been used, that purchase is final.
