• Standard Orders: Ship as soon as ready and arrive within 3–7 business days (domestic).

• Prescription Orders: Ship immediately upon completion of your custom lenses.

• Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Require additional production time. For example, custom LINDBERG frames are ordered directly for you and take roughly 4–5 weeks to arrive before lens crafting begins.

All sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds — many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or very small production. Eligible items can be returned for store credit: within 3 days of delivery for shipped orders, or 3 days of purchase in store. Items must be unworn and in original condition with the original case and packaging. Store credit never expires; once a store credit has been used, that purchase is final.
